For a snug warm bag, heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on the medium setting (please test to find the perfect setting as microwaves differ). They are perfect for applying heat to aches and pains, or simply heating up your sheets before getting into a bed in winter.
For a fresh cool bag, they can be put in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or until cool. Great as a cool compress.
