1.To activate the calculator, pull out the water battery(transparent tube).
2.Unscrew the water battery cap and fill the clear end of the container with water. Three quarters full is acceptable,it does not need to be filled to the top.
3.Replace the water battery back into the calculator checking that the green tab,which covers the electrodes of the battery,is place in the correct position.
4.Once the water battery has been fitted into place,press the ON/C key,LCD shows 0(zero)and your calculator is working.
When the display begins to fade,please and water to the water battery as described above.This replaceable water battery is guaranteed for one year and has an expected useful life of two years.
